Studio Pilates Pelican Waters

Sarah has been an incredible support and mentor to our Amplify Challengers at Studio Pilates Pelican Waters. Guiding our clients on a journey to somewhere they hadn't been for themselves, exploring the benefits of breath work for every day life and a better Pilates practice, has been immensely beneficial for all who participated.

The feedback we have received from Sarah's workshops each week has been positive and very complimentary. The genuine care and encouragement Sarah gave the group participating in the Ice Bath sessions was welcomed and appreciated by all involved.
