What Is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese healing technique that channels universal life force energy through the hands of a practitioner to the body of the recipient. It works on the principle that when our energy is flowing freely, we feel healthy, clear, and grounded, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
When energy becomes blocked or depleted due to stress, trauma, or overwhelm, it can contribute to mental health challenges, emotional reactivity, physical discomfort, and burnout.
Reiki gently helps release those blocks, allowing energy to move again, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate.

What to Expect in a Session
Reiki is deeply relaxing and performed fully clothed. As you lie comfortably, gentle hands are placed lightly on or just above the body. Many people report feelings of warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep calm during and after a session. Each session is uniquely tailored, whether you are seeking emotional support, nervous system recovery, or simply space to rest and reconnect.
