About Me
For almost 25 years, I have spent my career in the commercial construction industry. An industry which thrives on continuous stress, and I have witnessed first-hand the highs and lows it has to offer.

After battling with anxiety and severe insomnia and being prescribed prescription drugs in order for me to get a nights sleep, I looked to natural ways to rebalance my body and mind. I worked with Masters learning Chinese and Japanese natural healing modalities, which have been used of thousands of years, to reset my central nervous system.

I came across the Wim Hof Method whilst recovering from surgery. I was nursing 2 frozen shoulders at the same time and looking ways to assist with my healing process. I have never missed a day doing the breathwork of the method since which is over 4 years now.

After covid, my husband and I lost our commercial construction business. Everything we had put our hearts and souls into was gone overnight. Nothing can quite prepare you for the aftermath that followed. The despair rotted me to my stomach, each day I didn’t want to face life, I had to. This is when I found the cold and the method really kicked into action.

The 3 pillars of the WHM gave me the tools to cope with my mental well-being and gifted me the resilience and strength I needed to get me through this part of my life.
Over the last 12 years I have learnt, we all have an innate intelligence and capacity within ourselves to reset and create equilibrium in our bodies and minds by using natural healing modalities.

When the body is in homeostasis which is the body’s natural state of being, all processes of the body are working in perfect harmony. Today our bodies and minds have been deregulated due to the consistent stresses in our world and we have lost our balance and connection.

By teaching you these simple techniques, you will be able to re-regulate your body to its natural state of being. I will show you how to use these techniques in daily life and how to recognise stress as it builds up in the body, and how simply you can control it bringing the body back into equilibrium.
