What an experience!!! Thank you so much Sarah for sharing your kindness, passion, wisdom and beauty.

I was lucky enough to attend a full day workshop with Sarah learning the Wim Hof method. To say the day was a profound experience is an understatement.

 

I glimpsed my potential by experiencing something I never knew existed in myself. The breath work took me to a place I’ve never been and the ice bath (which I swore I could never do), was so empowering.

 

The day also included a deep meditation where I experienced my first ever sound bath, something that needs to be experienced to be understood. This was true bliss!

 

I cannot wait for my next session with the beautiful Sarah. 🙏
